The Username format is the first initial of your first name + last name + last three digits of the Student ID number. For more information visit the Getting Started page.

New users will receive account information through the Falconmail system. You may use the Forgot Password link if you do not remember your password. This will send an email to your Falconmail account. Should you require any additional assistance feel free to contact the Florida Online Helpdesk.
