NEW STUDENTS: You can access Falcon Online (and the Succeeding Online orientation) 5 days prior to the class start date.
ALL STUDENTS: Access to your classes will begin on the class start date.
The 'Username' is the prefix of your Falconmail (e.g. Jane_Smith344@daytonastate.edu would be Jane_Smith344). Log into the MyDaytonaState portal if you do not know your Falconmail address.
The Default Password is: Dsc (Capital D, lowercase s, lowercase c) + your birthdate (in MMDDYY format) +
the last five digits of your social security number.
Example: birthdate of January 1, 1990 and a social of 123-45-6789
Your default password would be Dsc01019056789
If you do not remember your password log into the MyDaytonaState portal to reset or change it.
New passwords must be:
- 8 characters long (letters, numbers and symbols)
- Cannot contain one of these symbols: *, -, ', /, <, or>.
- Requires one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number
